Iraq Conflict - What to do detailed

The world has to win the war of morality in Iraq. A place sorely lacking that quality.
Observe when life is given such a low cost as the terrorist prove day by day it is necessary for the forces of good to overcome such a fiendish force. To this end I say if the USA and its allied is the force of good, why have their commanders in charge of the military acted so brain-lessly:
1) USA Military Commanders could have done the following after the Iraqis surrendered on day ONE
A) Arrested all Iraqi military personnel and detained them until their homes were searched for weapons including weapons of mass destruction

B) All existing inventoried Iraqi weapons should have been accounted for by pain staking and costly detailed inspection by allied forces.

C) Borders should have been closed. Yes it can be done Here is how:
Drop markers by plane to specify a no mans land zone just wide enough to be effective and cheap by using an electric fence to specify the zone and a combination of leaflets and broadcasts and yes even door to door messaging where such a task could have been accomplished. In the zone anyone would be subject to elimination
by guns tanks, planes any defensive means. Only border checkpoints would be open
Open more checkpoints as possible and needed but the rest of the border becomes a fortress by running planes up and down those border slots anything that moves can be eliminated. Why was this not done? It seems most possible. Any Iraqi living in the zone would be evacuated and compensated for their loss
Think this is impossible? Its not. Think it is un attainable? Again It is not because the USA possess planes that certainly can strafe land at mach speeds so probably a couple squadrons of fighters can cover the area effectively by randomizing when they patrol. Anything that moves in the zone is destroyed. Simple and effective. Checkpoints would be identified and defended by infantry, tanks and police along the
no mans land zone but not into it.

D) When it became clear the strategy included the use of booby trapped cars and trucks
why didn't the USA add tracking devices to all commercial trucks and restrict Iraqi criminals from the use of cars? Why not add checkpoints and bomb detection equipment to better detect bomb devices before they strike in malls etc..?

E) All coffee shops, social halls and mosques etc... where terrorists have been sighted should have been targeted with listening and video bugs. Why weren't they? A network of listening devices plus powerful pattern recognition software could detect words like explosives or jihad etc.. and zero intelligence into a dialog.

F) Police stations in Iraq clearly became the target of terrorists. Extremely effective strategy on the Terrorist's part. The USA and allied forces should have responded with a counter strategy. Instead they did next to nothing which was not too smart. Instead the Military commanders could have reasoned lets check the would be police recruits out one on one in a hidden and or fortified location were interviews/ testing could be carried out safely. In fact why not hide all the police stations and provide satellite based call boxes in every Iraqi neighborhood. Instead we heard about many such terrorist attacks against the police stations.


G) The current Iraqi government is a disgrace. They represent one fundamentalist Shiite
government with religion based laws that the USA should never have supported
e.g Women can not drive cars or behave with basic freedom. This is a government the USA has no business supporting because human rights are violated. I suspect most Americans do not know about this aspect of the conflict.

H) The latest disrespect proves the current Iraqi government is not serious and basically are waiting to see the USA and its allies out of Iraq. It is tragic that the USA did not just run the country as a USA territory until it had infrastructure stability. At least then the government could have been respected if at least a source of cable, electric, water, gas and commerce. By putting in the current Anti-American Iraqi government the USA has become a joke. This government is openly hostile to the USA forces as well as incredibly brain-less when they decided to take away police and military checkpoints
If anything a lot more should have been set up. The latest is that the they had to re-add checkpoints when again years ago they could have added checkpoints in all areas of trouble etc.. When the officials of Iraq take their 2 month vacation The USA should take the opportunity to influence their constitution and revise it to a more centrist one keeping women’s right to drive and be independent. Do a vote to see if the population supports such rights since this makes so very little sense anyway and leads to a more fundamentalist country.
